 Administrative Centre - Luhansk oblast
On June 2nd, 2002; Ukraine issued the second stamp from its Regional and Administrative Centres of Ukraine series for the year 2002.
On the right-hand side of the stamp we see agricultural fields. On the left-side we see the country-side and a statue. In the middle, we see the coat-of-arms and the location on the map of Ukraine where the area is located.
A pictorial cancellation was used for the First Day of Issue cover. Cancellation was done in Luhansk.
