 Administrative Centre - Chernivetska oblast
On February 18th, 2002; Ukraine issued the third stamp from its Regional and Administrative Centres of Ukraine series for the year 2002.
On the right-hand side of the stamp we see an example of wooden architectures. On the left-side we see the country-side and the unique designs of Easter eggs from this area. In the middle, we see the coat-of-arms and the location on the map of Ukraine where the area is located.
A pictorial cancellation was used for the First Day of Issue cover. Cancellation was done in Chernivtsi.
