 8th National Philatelic Exhibition - Odesa
On October 5th, 2002; Ukraine issued a stamp commemorating the 8th National Philatelic Exhibition being held at Odesa.
The stamp shows a stylilized blue-yellow stairs leading towards the philatelic logo for the Exhibition.
A pictorial cancellation was used for the First Day of Issue cover. Cancellation was done in Odesa.
