 Happy New Year! - 2003
On November 22nd, 2002; Ukraine issued a stamp commemorating the upcomming New Year.
The stamp shows Father Frost in front of a decorated Christmas tree. Stylized New Year greetings are found around the tree.
A pictorial cancellation was used for the First Day of Issue cover. Cancellation was done in Kyiv.
